Payment Details:
1. A deposit of 50% of the total cost would be required within 2 days once booking is confirmed. Full payment is required 21 days before the date of the event. All payment made is not refundable.
2. Immediate full payment is required if the booking is less than 21 days before the date of the event.
3. Gingko House would only accept payment by cheque, crossed and made payable to “ Eldershop Limited“ or by direct transfer to Hang Seng Bank Account Number #024-379-226889-001 (Eldershop Limited). Payment can also be made to any of Gingko House’s restaurants.
4. Please fax your pay-in slip or payment receipt to 3690 2179 .

Cancellation policy:
1. No cancellation, postponement or change of ordered item(s) will be allowed once booking has been confirmed.
2. Service will be suspended once typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm is hoisted. Customer will need to schedule another date for service. This date should be within a 2 month period and convenient to both parties.
3. Gingko House shall not be responsible for any loss directly or indirectly incurred as a result of reschedule.

Delivery service:
1. For order of total cost above $5,000, delivery is free with the exception that a delivery charge of $200 is required if destination is in Tung Chung.
2. For order of total cost less than $5,000, a delivery charge of $200 is required.
3. Currently we do not provide delivery service to destination in Park Island, Discovery Bay or other outlying islands.
